Description
Step Onto the Arena Floor on a Gladiators’ Entrance Colosseum Tour
With our 3 hour Gladiators’ entrance Colosseum Tour you will visit the Colosseum, Palatine Hill and Roman Forum accompanied by a private knowledgeable guide and enjoy pre-booked access straight onto the Colosseum’s arena floor (a restricted area).
Our guides are history and art experts so you will have the chance to ask them any questions during your tour time and they will bring the ruins of Ancient Rome back to life.
You will enter the Colosseum through the Gladiator’s entrance, one of the restricted areas of the Colosseum. This is a real VIP experience, in fact normally this area is closed to ordinary tours. Being on the Arena, you will also be able to enjoy a close view of the undergrounds of the Colosseum down below.
It will be an unforgettable moment as you step onto the arena to discover stories and anecdotes of the most popular ancient Roman shows where gladiators fought with animals! You will continue your travel back in time to Ancient Rome, exploring the regular levels of Colosseum, the 1st and the 2nd tiers, that once were designated to the wealthy social classes, and allowed them to have a great view of the shows close up.
Your tour will continue with a visit to the Roman Forum, the very center of public life during Ancient Times, and the Palatine Hill, the place chosen by Emperors to build their homes. From here you will be able to admire a great view over the Roman ruins and Circus Maximus too. With your expert private guide by your side, you will learn all you ever wanted to know about the Colosseum and Ancient Rome.
Experience the thrill of the arena floor from a unique perspective by booking your private Gladiators’ entrance Colosseum tour today.
